Description
This is a special wine. The canes were cut but the Ezerjó bunches were left to ripen further, leading to increased sugar and mineral content levels in the berries. A luminous, deep golden colour in the glass, this wine has an intense, enveloping bouquet of white flowers, dried fruit and pears. On the palate, the residual sugar is counterbalanced by a pronounced acidity. The focus is on concentration, both in the aromas and the textures. With lingering notes of honey, quince jelly, tropical fruit and grapefruit, it is a luxurious experience.
Best served at 10-12°C. It can be served with sweets or on its own as a dessert.
