The real centre of the wine region is Soltvadkert, from where you can easily explore the surrounding attractions. Kecskemét is the largest town in the region and is worth a visit for its Cifrapalota, ZOO or the Great Church. In Kiskunhalas, you can visit the Lace Museum and the János Thorma Museum, in Kalocsa the Paprika Museum and the Archbishop's Palace, and in Kiskőrös the birthplace of Sándor Petőfi and the museum of veteran cars. The natural beauty of the area, its nature trails, lakes and spas are not to be missed.
After a full day of sightseeing, sightseeing and wine tasting, it's nice to retire to a quiet room. The Frittmann Wine House offers four double rooms, with the option of a double bed, and a family apartment with two separate rooms sharing a hallway and bathroom. Our rooms are air-conditioned, equipped with TV and fridge, and come with free Wi-Fi and parking.

There is no permanent reception in our wine house, so reservations are only possible in advance and please let us know your arrival in advance to ensure a smooth check-in.

If you would also like a wine tasting offer, please indicate this in the comment field. Wine tastings are available for 8 people or more. Please make an appointment at least 7 days before arrival. We are not open as a wine bar. Our wine house does not have a restaurant! Meals can only be served with wine tasting, minimum 8 persons.

LAKE VADKERTI BEACH
Lake Vadkerti is the favourite beach and fishing spot in the area. The shallow, sandy lake is also a paradise for families with small children. One side of the lake is a reed bed with fishing spots, the other side is a beautifully developed beach with a food shop and snack bars. For the entertainment of swimmers and children, there are several water-bike rentals, trampolines, a football pitch and a playground. Several events are held annually on the shores of Lake Vadkerti.
NATURE TRAIL AROUND LAKE VADKERTI
Benches and barbecue areas make it pleasant to walk, relax and spend your leisure time. The tranquil setting is sure to attract many visitors and inspire them to take long walks, and students in the area will also enjoy learning about the flora and fauna around the lake. The trail is accessible on foot, by dog or by bike, and is a pleasant way to relax all year round.
SZENT KORONA CONFECTIONARY
The ice creams and cakes of the Szent Korona Confectionery are known all over the country, and the family business, which has been operating for three decades, has also made its mark abroad. With the children of master confectioner László Szervánszky and the team behind them, they make special ice creams, delicious and beautiful cakes and tarts. Szent Korona was awarded the title of Confectionery of the Year in 2005.

VADKERT BIKE RENTAL
From the summer of 2010, 20 bicycles are available for hire in Soltvadkert as a new initiative. The bicycles can be picked up in the town centre (Kossuth Square - Red Square), at the lakeside (camping area) and at our Wine House.
TAVIRÓZSA FAMILY FITNESS AND ADVENTURE PARK
Visitors to the adventure park can enjoy a wide range of leisure activities, including games, sports, challenges and adventure. An integrated playground with 12 elements allows children with disabilities and able-bodied children to play together without barriers. A cross fitness park with 14 elements provides the latest and most effective way to develop physical strength and endurance. The spectacular adventure course with 25 obstacles built in the trees is so much more than just a way to get around, it is an exciting challenge for children.
PETŐFI BIRTHPLACE AND MEMORIAL MUSEUM
The birthplace of the famous poet Sándor Petőfi is located in the centre of Kiskőrös, only 10 minutes by car or 30 minutes by bike (on a cycle path!), in a well-kept green and scenic area. The house was built in the 18th century and has been preserved in its original form. The museum also includes a sculpture park and a Slovak Country House.
KISKŐRÖS ROAD ENGINEERING COLLECTION
The country's only road engineering collection - with an interactive exhibition and a cosy café. Permanent exhibition: the history of road and bridge construction, the development of the Hungarian road network, and the road scraper of the late 19th century.
OLD CAR MUSEUM
Just a few minutes' drive from the Wine House is the Kiskőrös Vintage Car Museum, an interactive museum and restoration complex with a 3D cinema. The museum's exhibition space has a capacity of over 100 vehicles.
JÁNOS VITÉZ VISITOR CENTRE
The exhibition installations are set within a labyrinth, so the artwork is explored through an interactive route. The labyrinth is designed to be an interactive experience, with darkened sections and guided colourful light and sound effects to follow the storyline. Modern technology makes the programme a fun experience not only for children but also for adults.
MILITARY HISTORY MUSEUM AND PARK
The only military museum in the country with an endless collection of warplanes, tanks and armoured vehicles. The Weapons Museum displays most of the small arms used by the Hungarian Armed Forces, sporting pistols, Hungarian artillery pieces and uniforms. In the Model House you can see miniature replicas of hundreds of different fighting tools. The Sculpture and Military Technology Park is perhaps the most spectacular part of the museum, with an open-air exhibition covering more than 3 hectares.
AKASZTÓ FISHING PARK AND FISH TAVERN
The Akaszt Fishing Park and Fish Tavern is a unique facility in the heart of the Great Plain, offering meaningful fun and relaxation for the whole family. At the Fish Tavern in the centre of the complex, guests can enjoy Hungarian cuisine and hearty portions, fishing enthusiasts can test their skills in six fishing ponds, and on hot summer days the beach baths and hot tubs provide refreshment.
BUGAC PUSZTA
The Bugac Puszta between the Danube and the Tisza is the largest area of the Kiskunság National Park. From May to September the Bugac Puszta area of the Kis-Kunság National Park guarantees horse shows. The programme includes carriage rides, a visit to the Shepherds' Museum and a horse show featuring the skills of the wranglers and the Puszta Five riders. Guests can also see the native Hungarian animals and the shepherds' buildings. The Karikás Csárda is open to lovers of both traditional and modern Hungarian cuisine.
LACE MUSEUM IN KISKUNHALAS
Kiskunhalas has a nearly 100-year-old tradition of lace making. Over the century, lace from Halas has become a worthy rival to lace from Brussels, winning the grand prizes at several world exhibitions. It is no coincidence that over the last 100 years, many world celebrities have received lace from Halas as a gift from the Hungarian state.
JONATHERMAL SPA AND WELLNESS BATHS - MOTEL, CAMPING
A great wellness and adventure park - ideal for adults and children alike for relaxation and fun! In addition to the outdoor pools, the wood-framed bathing hall features a 36°C and a 38°C spa pool, a 25-metre thermal waveless swimming pool, Finnish sauna, aroma sauna, steam bath, cold water dipping pool.
KISKŐRÖS THERMAL BATHS AND SWIMMING POOL
In the area of the spa there are 2 outdoor cold water pools, 2 (twin, hot tub) thermal water pools (covered from above, open from the side). The beach has been extended with an indoor swimming pool with several saunas. On the premises there is a beach football, beach volleyball and tennis court. In addition, various wellness services are available for the relaxation of guests. The water in the thermal pools is certified to have therapeutic effects.

A 1:1000 scale model of Hungary's topography and hydrography, a 93,000 square metre garden with 3,200 plants, an integrated adventure park, a meeting place for artists, eco-relaxation and many other activities await visitors. It is the largest constructed garden in Hungary and the largest scale model in Europe.
