Description
The light garnet red colour is typical of the Kadarka grape variety. The nose displays hints of cherry, sour cherry and spices. The vivid but round acidity contributes to the lithe and dynamic feeling of the palate. The alcohol content is low and the tannins are moderate. Spicy aromas on the palate, with red berries in the background. It is a powerful wine that goes well with typical Hungarian dishes such as various stews, paprika or lecsó (a kind of ratatouille).
Recommended with stews and goulash at 16-18°C.
