Description
This lemon-coloured sparkling wine offers fine mousse. The nose shows the typical aromas of traditional sparkling wines: yeast, sponge cake and biscuits. Its elegant structure is completed by a medium acidity and a creamy perlage. On the palate, aromas of herbs and grapefruit complete the notes of the bouquet.
Best served at 9-10°C with poultry, fish or cheese.
