Description
This ruby red wine is typically fresh on the nose, with notes of sour cherry, cherry, plum and some spice. On the palate, the wine is light and fresh, with dynamic acids that bring out the aromas of blackcurrant, sour cherry and blueberry. Spicy and toasted notes are also present. This is a vibrant and lively red wine that can be enjoyed throughout a busy week.
It is an excellent accompaniment to beef loins and sirloins. Best served at 16-18°C.
