Description
A blend of Kékfrankos, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, this is a rich ruby red wine with a notes of cherries and sour cherries, complemented by hints of black pepper and other spices. Its structure is characterised by medium acidity and solid tannins. The palate offers aromas similar to the notes, but the spices are slightly more dominant, with the berries in the background. It is ready to drink, there is no need to keep it. An excellent accompaniment to a Monday dinner.
Goes well with game and roasts. Best served at 16-18°C.
