Description
The nose of this lemon-yellow wine displays toasty notes like caramel and coffee, along with hints of rose petals and tropical stone fruit. The palate is round and medium-bodied, with well-integrated alcohol and acidity. The aromas are of pear, quince and citrus, with some spicy undertones. This is a rich, full-bodied white wine with complex aromas. Best served at 14°C with poultry, fish and blue cheeses.
